DEVADO is the alias of Munich-based rnB pop singer Debby van Dooren. Being a so called “DIY artist”, the German-American writes, records and produces all her songs in her own basement home studio. What special about her sound? She exclusively uses her voice and body percussion on her entire productions. DEVADO creatively transforms each sound into an instrument.

“Big for some” is all about being thankful for the little things in life! DEVADO is known for her uplifting, positive messages and sound that boost your mood! Anyone that follows her social media pages knows, that being thankful is a major part of her bubbly yet real personality. And with this feel-good spring song, she is reminding her listeners to focus on the good!

“Breaking Sound” featured DEVADO among other up and coming newcomer artists at their showcase in Berlin in February.

“Wonderland” and “Earmilk” introduced the artist to their international audience in 2022.

Radio stations like “Bayern 3”, “Dein Puls”, “Flux FM” and more have been playing her songs, including interviews since 2021.

DEVADO was also chosen to be a part of the “Female producers collective 2023”.
