DEVADO did it again and produced her new song “Don´t let the boys know” only using her vocals and body percussion on the entire production just like on her last single “Never gonna fit in”.
Being a major “Friends” fan she got the idea from a scene where Monica tells Chandler that girls don´t actually hang out in underwear and do pillow fights, breaking one of many clichés about girls that guys might have. What a fun and unique song topic!
DEVADO, the singer, songwriter and producer – all in one, wanted to write a song “normal girls” could relate to when they hang out together watching chick flicks, laughing, crying and sharing their stories on a regular night in. Growing up with four older sisters DEVADO has had plenty of girls´ nights at home and wanted to really emphasize how women are there for each other!
